Recovery Center

Accessible support for overcoming addiction and related challenges.

About the Program

Substance Use and Addiction are challenging issues that often require support beyond what loved ones can provide. The fear of overdoses and the ongoing Opioid Epidemic highlight the urgency of seeking help, yet stigma often makes it difficult to reach out for professional assistance.

At Metropolitan Center for Mental Health (MCMH), we understand the profound impact substance use has on our communities. Since 2002, we have been dedicated to providing comprehensive outpatient treatment and recovery services.

Our Recovery Center specializes in treating all types of substance use disorders, including those related to alcohol, stimulants, prescription drugs, opioids, and polysubstance use. We also offer therapy for individuals affected by a loved one's struggle with addiction.

Substance use often conceals underlying issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, unstable housing, financial difficulties, educational needs, or unemployment. Our integrated approach evaluates and addresses these intersecting challenges to support our patients' holistic well-being.

Our licensed clinical team employs a variety of evidence-based treatments, including individual and group therapy, psychiatric evaluations, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), peer support, and crisis intervention. These services aim to promote harm reduction, recovery, and wellness for both patients and their families.

MCMH is committed to accessibility, inclusivity, and dismantling the stigma surrounding substance use and addiction. If you or someone you care about is struggling, we encourage you to reach out and schedule an initial intake appointment. We are here to help.
