For an appointment, please contact our Access and Intake Department at 646-992-3357 (option 1). One of our bilingual patient service facilitators will be happy to speak with you and help you schedule an initial appointment.
MCMH accepts Medicaid, Medicare and many commercial insurances. Please call us at 646-992-3357 (option 1) with your insurance information and we will confirm your eligibility for our services.
On the day of your Intake appointment, please arrive 20 minutes early to complete all the necessary paperwork. You will then meet with a licensed mental health professional that will complete an assessment and discuss your reason for seeking treatment. After that, you will meet with a care manager to discuss any other needs you may have.
